4Suites Curaçao is an intimate boutique accommodation consisting of just four spacious and stylishly designed suites.

Each suite offers two bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private covered veranda and access to the shared swimming pool.

With only four suites, 4Suites combines the comfort and space of a private apartment with the personal atmosphere of a small boutique stay.

How many suites are there?

4Suites consists of four individual suites:

• Suite One – ground floor, poolside
• Suite Two – ground floor, poolside
• Suite Three – upper floor, offering additional privacy
• Suite Four – upper floor, offering additional privacy

How many guests can stay in each suite?

Each suite accommodates a maximum of four guests.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms does each suite have?

Each suite has two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms.

What size are the beds?

Both bedrooms feature a comfortable king-size bed measuring 180 × 200 cm.

What is the difference between the four suites?

Suite One and Suite Two are located on the ground floor and offer convenient access to the swimming pool area.

Suite Three and Suite Four are located on the upper floor and offer additional privacy and an elevated position.

All four suites offer the same high standard of comfort and facilities.

No. The suites do not have a tumble dryer.

Are towels and bed linen included?

Yes. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are included in your stay.

Are hairdryers available?

Yes. Both bathrooms have their own hairdryer.

Is there a safe?

Yes. A personal safe is available in the master bedroom.

Does each suite have a private outdoor area?

Yes. Every suite has its own covered veranda with comfortable outdoor seating and dining space.

Where is 4Suites located?

4Suites is located on Koraalspechtweg in Curaçao, in a convenient and central location close to Mambo Beach, Willemstad and Jan Thiel.

How far is 4Suites from Mambo Beach?

Mambo Beach Boulevard is approximately 2.5 km from 4Suites and can normally be reached by car in around 4 minutes, depending on traffic.

Can I walk to Mambo Beach?

Although Mambo Beach is nearby, we recommend travelling by car or taxi rather than walking, particularly because of Curaçao's tropical climate and local road conditions.

How far is Willemstad?

Willemstad is approximately a 10-minute drive away, depending on traffic.

Is Jan Thiel nearby?

Yes. Jan Thiel Beach, its restaurants and beach clubs can easily be reached by car.

What is there to do nearby?

Is there a supermarket nearby?

Yes. Several supermarkets and convenience stores can be reached within a short drive.

Is the location quiet?

4Suites is centrally located rather than situated in an isolated resort area.

Its location gives you convenient access to Mambo Beach, Willemstad and Jan Thiel. Because of this central location, normal road and neighbourhood activity may occasionally be noticeable.

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes. 4Suites has a shared outdoor swimming pool exclusively for guests staying at the property.

Is the swimming pool private to each suite?

No. The swimming pool is shared between the four suites.

Because 4Suites consists of only four apartments, the pool area remains intimate and is shared by a limited number of guests.

Which suites are located closest to the pool?

Suite One and Suite Two are located on the ground floor directly by the pool area.

Suite Three and Suite Four are located on the upper floor.

Are sun loungers available?

Yes. Sun loungers are available around the swimming pool.

Is there an outdoor shower?

Yes. An outdoor shower is available near the pool area.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Families with children are welcome at 4Suites, provided the maximum occupancy of four guests per suite is respected.

Is a baby cot available?

Yes. A baby/camping cot is available upon request.

We recommend requesting it before arrival so it can be prepared for your stay.

Is the swimming pool supervised?

No. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Children must therefore be supervised by an adult at all times around the swimming pool and outdoor areas.

What is the minimum stay?

The standard minimum stay is four nights.

During Christmas and New Year, a minimum stay of seven nights may apply.

How can I make a reservation?

You can book directly through the 4Suites website by selecting your preferred suite and travel dates.

Can I book directly with 4Suites?

Yes. Direct reservations can be made through our website.

When do I need to pay?

Full payment is required in advance in accordance with the payment conditions shown during the booking process.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes. A final cleaning fee applies to every reservation.

The applicable amount will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

Is electricity included in the accommodation rate?

Normal electricity usage is included, with an allowance of 20 kWh per day. Additional usage is charged at €0.55 per kWh.

This allows us to keep our accommodation rates fair while encouraging responsible use of air conditioning and electricity.

How is electricity usage calculated?

Electricity consumption is based on the meter readings associated with your stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation conditions applicable to your reservation are shown during the booking process.

Our standard booking conditions are based on non-refundable reservations. We therefore strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.

What currency is used in Curaçao?

The Caribbean guilder (XCG) is the official local currency.

US dollars are also widely accepted in Curaçao.

Is tap water safe to drink?

Yes. Curaçao's tap water is produced from desalinated seawater and is generally safe to drink.

Should I bring a travel adapter?

We recommend bringing a universal travel adapter if required for your electronic devices.

What should I bring with me?

Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are already provided by 4Suites.

Can I arrive earlier?

Early check-in may be possible depending on availability and the departure time of previous guests.

Is late check-out possible?

Late check-out is subject to availability.

How does check-in work?

Before arrival, you will receive practical information about your stay and arrival.

Our local host or property manager will assist with your arrival and provide the information you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.

Do you need our flight details?

Yes. We recommend providing your flight number and expected arrival time before travelling to Curaçao.

This helps us coordinate your arrival and check-in.

Is free parking available?

Yes. Complimentary parking is available for guests staying at 4Suites.

Do you recommend renting a car?

Yes. We strongly recommend renting a car if you would like to explore Curaçao comfortably.

Although Mambo Beach is nearby, many of the island's beaches, restaurants and attractions are easiest to reach by car.

Can you help arrange a rental car?

We can provide recommendations and assist with local car rental options upon request.

Is airport transfer available?

Airport transfer can be arranged upon request for an additional charge.

Can a massage be arranged?

Massage services may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

Can the refrigerator be stocked before arrival?

Yes. A pre-stocked refrigerator can be arranged upon request for an additional charge.

Are parties allowed?

No. 4Suites is designed for guests looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM.

We kindly ask all guests to respect other guests and our neighbours during these hours.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside any of the suites.

Can additional guests stay overnight?

Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight unless permission has been given in advance.

The maximum occupancy of each suite is four guests.

Can I organize an event at 4Suites?

No. Parties, events and gatherings exceeding the registered number of guests are not permitted.

Is the property secure?

4Suites has controlled access and each suite has its own private entrance.
